- collaborate within pages using built-in communication tools
Holacrafts gives you control over who can access your data and content.
Pages and shared content
All pages are private by default.
You decide who can access your pages by:
- keeping them private
- inviting specific people
- sharing them via a link
Pages shared via link are intentionally visible to anyone who has the link.
You can revoke access at any time.
Content visibility
What other people can see depends on how a page is shared.
• Private: visible only to you
• Invite-only: visible only to invited people
• Link access: visible to anyone with the link
When sharing a page via link, you are responsible for the information you make available.
Collaboration and activity
Collaboration in Holacrafts is always tied to a page.
Discussions, comments, tasks, and updates stay connected to the content they belong to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Holacrafts to:
- share illegal or harmful content
- violate the rights of others
- distribute spam, abuse, or malicious content
We may limit access to publicly shared content if it violates these terms.
Ownership
