Terms of service

Holacrafts is a platform for creating, organizing, storing, sharing, and collaborating around structured content.

Some features may be available only in the application or only through particular web experiences. Available functionality may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.

Your content belongs to you.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store in Holacrafts.

You give Holacrafts only the rights necessary to operate the service - for example, to store and synchronize encrypted data and provide functionality that you explicitly request.

Using Holacrafts does not transfer ownership of your content to Holacrafts.

You control how your content is made accessible.

• Private: content is accessible only to the owner of the Space.

• Invite-only: access allows you to explicitly grant access to an intended recipient.

• Link access: access allows anyone who receives the complete link to obtain the access conveyed by that link.

Sharing or publishing content is an explicit action performed by you.

You are responsible for deciding what content you share and with whom.

A Public Link should be treated as an access capability.

Anyone who receives the complete link may be able to access the content made available through it.

You are responsible for distributing Public Links appropriately and for understanding that a recipient may further share a link or retain information they were authorized to access.

Holacrafts cannot control copies, screenshots, exports, or other information retained by a recipient after that information has been legitimately made available to them.

Collaboration in Holacrafts is connected to content and Spaces.

Depending on the available features, this may include messages, comments, updates, sharing, or other collaborative activity.

Features may differ between the application and the web experience.

You agree not to use Holacrafts to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others
• distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• attempt to compromise Holacrafts, its infrastructure, or other users
• interfere with the operation or security of the service
• use the service to distribute malware, spam, or other abusive material

We may restrict access to the service or to publicly accessible content when necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

Holacrafts is an evolving service.

We may add, change, or discontinue features as the product develops.

We work to keep Holacrafts available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature or network-dependent service will always be available without interruption.

Data already stored locally in the Holacrafts application is governed by the product’s local-first architecture, while synchronization and other network-dependent functionality require the corresponding Holacrafts services.

You may stop using Holacrafts at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated service data through the available account controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of serious violations of these Terms, abuse of the service, security risks, or legal requirements.

Your use of Holacrafts is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Holacrafts uses a local-first architecture and end-to-end encryption for protected user content. The security model is described separately from these Terms.

Holacrafts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holacrafts and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as Holacrafts evolves or as legal requirements change.

The current version will be made available through Holacrafts.

If a change materially affects your rights or use of the service, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.
