Privacy policy

We collect only the information necessary to operate Holacrafts.

Account information may include:

• email address
• name

We use this information to create and manage your account, provide access to Holacrafts, communicate with you when necessary, and operate the service.

Holacrafts also processes the service metadata necessary to operate the product.

Your protected content is end-to-end encrypted.

Encryption happens on the client before synchronization, and decryption happens on an authorized client.

Holacrafts infrastructure may store and synchronize encrypted user data.

Encrypted data is not the same as access. Access requires the corresponding cryptographic key.

We use information only as necessary to:

• provide and operate Holacrafts
• manage accounts and access
• synchronize and deliver the service
• communicate with you about the service
• maintain security and reliability

We do not use your protected content for advertising or profiling.

You decide who can access your content.

Private content is accessible only to the owner of the Space.

Invite / Shared access lets you explicitly grant access to an intended recipient.

Public Link access lets you make content accessible through a link you choose to share. The decryption secret carried with the complete Public Link is not provided to Holacrafts servers.

Making content available to another person is a user-controlled action.

Holacrafts can be accessed through the application and through supported web experiences.

Available features may differ between the app and the web.

The same principle remains: protected content is not made readable to Holacrafts servers simply because it is accessed, synchronized, shared, or viewed through a supported Holacrafts experience.

Your content belongs to you.

Holacrafts does not claim ownership of the content you create or store in your Spaces.

You decide how your content is accessed and shared.

You can delete your Holacrafts account and associated service data directly within the Holacrafts app.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your Holacrafts account and associated data by contacting info@digniti.tech from the email address associated with your account.

When your account is deleted, the account information and associated service data are deleted.

We retain account and service information only for as long as necessary to provide Holacrafts, meet legitimate operational requirements, or comply with applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• access personal information associated with your account
• correct that information
• request deletion of your account and associated service data
• exercise other applicable data-protection rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Holacrafts evolves or as legal requirements change. The current version will be made available through Holacrafts.
